What should I do if my package hasn’t arrived, is incomplete, or arrived damaged?

Please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date if you have any problems with your order. Claims reported after this period may not be processed. If you would like to report a problem, please contact our customer service team. Please describe the problem to our team and provide the order number!

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

We strive to process orders quickly so that you receive your items as quickly as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled immediately once they have been placed. However, you can simply refuse the shipment when it arrives and the refund process will then be initiated automatically.
