How long does shipping take?
Our products are made to order, reducing overproduction and supporting sustainable fashion while helping protect nature and wildlife. Orders typically take 3–7 days to be fulfilled before shipping. Shipping times vary by location:
- USA: 3–14 business days
- Europe: 3–15 business days
- International: 8–20 business days

Why does shipping take longer than a typical online store?
We produce each item made to order, meaning it’s created specifically for you after purchase. This approach reduces overproduction, minimizes waste, and supports more sustainable fashion practices.
Production usually takes a few days before shipping, followed by standard delivery times. While this adds a short wait, it allows us to operate more responsibly – and we’re often faster than the estimated delivery window shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
My package is late, incomplete, or damaged – what now?
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief description of the problem, and our support team will help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Because orders are processed quickly and made to order, cancellations aren’t always possible once an order has been placed.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Once an order is submitted, it’s sent into production quickly and cannot be modified. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because each item is made to order, we don’t offer standard returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

What materials do you use?
All of our garments are made from 100% cotton, and whenever possible, we use organic cotton. Material details for each product can be found on the product page.
Are your products ethically made?
Yes. We work with suppliers who follow fair labor practices and prioritize responsible sourcing and production standards.
How should I care for my items?
To extend the life of your clothing, wash cold with similar colors, use mild or eco-friendly detergent, and air dry when possible. Always refer to the care instructions on the product page or label.
